For rich breast milk and a mother in great shape, our treatment consists of 6 pills to take daily:

• 2x capsules "MG MALATE"to be taken in the morning, during breakfast.

Why so much? Because each capsule consists of only one or a few active agents to guarantee an ultra-effective dosage of our products.

Although some beneficial effects will be felt from the 1st week, it takes at least 3 months of treatment to reach 100% effectiveness and continue as long as you feel the effects.

Two stomachs to feed!

1. Increase foods rich in magnesium in your diet such as avocados, nuts, bananas, spinach, dark chocolate (80-85% cocoa)...Magnesium is essential for the baby's body. It plays a role in regulating the cardiovascular system and muscles and promotes the fixation of calcium in bones. For mothers, it helps reduce fatigue and contributes to the proper functioning of energy metabolism.

2. Zinc is essential for child growth. It participates in many functions of the body such as stimulating the immune system. Regularly add foods rich in zinc to your diet such as eggs, beef, almonds, pumpkin seeds...

3. Vitamin D is another vitamin essential for baby growth because it contributes to the strength of the human skeleton by ensuring the mineralization of bones and teeth. Your baby also needs vitamin D to absorb calcium and phosphorus. If your location permits, spend time in the sun daily, regularly eat fatty fish which are among the richest natural food sources of vitamin D, and include more mushrooms in your diet. Mushrooms are the only vegetarian source of vitamin D.

Learn to just do nothing...

1. After giving birth, you may feel like it will be years before you can exercise again. But exercise is important for your well-being as a breastfeeding mother. Don't worry too much about fitness goals and instead focus on finding doable, sustainable exercises that you enjoy and that make you feel good.

2. Rest whenever you can. With a baby at home, your daily tasks can be overwhelming, and it's worse when you're exhausted. Additionally, breastfeeding requires a lot of energy from your body. Try to take a nap and rest whenever possible (for example, when the baby is sleeping).

3. Reconnect with your body by treating yourself to a daily massage. Use an organic firming body oil or a body oil that makes you feel good (e.g. a certain scent you like).

4. Take time for yourself. Ask your partner, a family member or friend to stay with the baby for a little while and go for a walk, get a manicure, have lunch with a friend or just have a rest.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not administer to children under 18 years of age. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you take medications at the same time. Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of treatment for diabetes. Store dry at room temperature. The daily consumption of 200 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother in addition to the recommended daily consumption contributes to the normal development of the brain of the breastfed child. Consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the normal development of vision in infants up to 12 months. Vitamin D is necessary for normal growth and bone development in children. Zinc plays a role in the process of cell division. Do not use if pregnant. Consumption should be limited to a few weeks/months. Not suitable for people treated with coumarin anticoagulants.
