How to take my cure.
The SLEEP treatment consists of 5 capsules to take every day:
- MELATOP sachet: Take 1 capsule before going to bed.

Nutrition advice.
Lighter is better!
1. Avoid heavy and late meals in the evening. Meals that are too heavy and rich in protein delay falling asleep.
Prefer light, low-protein dinners.
2. Avoid drinks like alcohol, coffee and tea in the evening.
3. Prefer herbal teas that promote sleep such as valerian, linden, passionflower, chamomile, hawthorn (but be careful not to drink too much, especially in the evening, otherwise you will have to get up the night).
4. Consume Tryptophan (an essential amino acid which stimulates rapid falling asleep) which can be found in foods such as oilseeds, poultry, dark chocolate, soy, bananas.
5. Keep a diet varied and rich in nutrients necessary for the production of melatonin: Magnesium, Iron, B vitamins, Zinc.
Health tips.
1. A good night's sleep starts with a healthy place to sleep. Choose a mattress and pillow that suits you. Also choose light blankets and be sure to ventilate the room, which should not be too heated: ideally around 18 degrees.
2. Try to ritualize your evenings: eat and go to sleep at regular times. Don't neglect the signals that your body sends you: yawning, eyes closing, chilliness which are signs that you are ready to go to sleep.
3. During the day, expose yourself to daylight. In the evening, ban blue screens (mobile phone, tablet, television, virtual games, etc.) at least 1 hour before going to sleep. Exposure to blue light at the end of the day and to light during the night inhibits the secretion of the sleep hormone.
4. At the end of the evening, slow down intellectual and physical activities. This will allow body temperature and alertness to gradually decrease in order to prepare for sleep. Instead, opt for a relaxing activity: yoga, slow walking, reading, soft music. Evening is the time when we need calm and relaxation.
5. Find a stress management tool that suits you: cardiac coherence, meditation, yoga, tai chi, qi gong, massages, relaxing essential oils diffused, etc.
6. Finally, daily physical activity is also an excellent anti-stress tool because moving helps us maintain good health and maintain our physical and emotional balance. However, avoid practicing sports late in the evening as much as possible as this increases body temperature and wakes up the body.
