CAN I TAKE YOUR PACKS IF I AM PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

PREGNANT WOMEN

During pregnancy, only one pack is allowed:
Conception Pack: it can be taken during pregnancy but must be stopped before the 7th month.
This precaution is related to the presence of omega-3s, which affect blood fluidity—an important consideration for delivery.
All other packs are contraindicated during pregnancy.

BREASTFEEDING WOMEN

During breastfeeding, only one pack is indicated:
Breastfeeding Pack: it has been specifically formulated for this delicate period.
Since the newborn's microbiota is still very fragile, it is essential to strictly follow the recommended daily intakes.
All other packs are contraindicated during breastfeeding.

CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

As a general rule, our packs are not recommended for children under 12.
Use also depends on the contraindications specific to each pack, which must be read carefully.
As a safety measure, we recommend using our packs from 18 years of age.
