The CONCEPTION® regimen offers 30 days of complete supplementation to optimize fertility. It includes 5 sachets of food supplements:

Who is the CONCEPTION® food supplement regimen for?

• Gender: Female.
• Recommended age: 25 to 45 years old.
• Ideal lifestyle: For women who have been trying to conceive for over 3 months or who want to maximize their chances before starting to try.
• Requirements: 3 balanced meals per day without snacking.
• Goal: To conceive.
• Recommended duration: At least 3 months for optimal results.

Dosage:

Take 6 capsules per day, preferably during breakfast, to maximize effectiveness:

• CO Q10 OMEGA 3: 1 capsule during breakfast.
• MULTI VIT: 1 capsule during breakfast.
• B9 4FOLIC: 1 capsule during breakfast.
• MG MALATE: 2 capsules during breakfast.

Contraindications and precautions:

• Origin: The vitamins and minerals are derived from natural sources, including plant and fruit extracts, as well as zinc and selenium to support immunity and vitality.

CO Q10 OMEGA 3 Capsule:

• Ingredients: Fish oil (EPAX™ oil) (1000 mg, of which min. 400 mg EPA and min. 300 mg DHA), capsule: fish gelatin, Co-enzyme Q10 (200 mg), glycerol (texture agent), beeswax (coating agent), water, lecithin (texture agent). **Sourced from sustainable fishing certified by Friends of the Sea.
• Origin: CoQ10 is obtained via natural fermentation, and omega-3s come from high-quality wild fish oils, rich in DHA and EPA.

BIO ACTIV Capsule:

• Ingredients: Organic acacia fiber (thickener), capsule (DRcaps™): hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) gastro-resistant from plant origin, Lactobacillus acidophilus (3.32 billion), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (3.32 billion), Bifidobacterium bifidum (3.32 billion), Bifidobacterium longum (3.32 billion), Bifidobacterium lactis (3.32 billion), Streptococcus thermophilus (3.32 billion).
• Origin: Bio Actif is formulated with carefully selected probiotic strains and natural ingredients promoting optimal digestion and better nutrient absorption.

B9 4FOLIC Capsule:

• Ingredients: Organic acacia fiber (thickener), capsule: pullulane, folic acid (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate as glucosamine salt (360 μg; VNR = 180%).
• Origin: B9 4FOLIC is formulated with folic acid, essential for reproductive health, and acacia fibers, extracted from acacia gum, known for their prebiotic properties.

MG MALATE Capsule:

• Ingredients: Magnesium malate (1000 mg, of which 150 mg magnesium element, VNR* = 40%), capsule: bovine gelatin, organic acacia gum (thickener).
