• INGREDIENT(S) : Magnesium bisglycinate (700 mg of which 70 mg elemental magnesium), magnesium glycerophosphate (700 mg of which 81.9 mg elemental magnesium), magnesium malate (250 mg of which 37.5 mg elemental magnesium), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (coating agent), stearic acid (coating agent), glyceryl dibehenate (emulsifier), rapeseed oil powder (Boeson).
• ORIGIN(S) : The three forms of magnesium are of mineral origin: bisglycinate (magnesium bound to glycine), glycerophosphate (magnesium bound to phosphoric acid and glycerol), and malate (magnesium bound to malic acid, found in fruit). Excipients such as HPMC (vegetable coating) and stearic acid are of plant origin.

• ORIGIN(S) : The powder is derived from the blue-green alga Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, harvested from Klamath Lake in Oregon, naturally rich in phycocyanin and phenylethylamine. The capsule is made from pullulan, a natural polymer obtained by fermentation of starch.
• BENEFIT(S) AND CLAIM(S) : No authorized claims for Klamath algae.

Contraindications & Precautions for use:

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not give to children under 18 years of age. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any medication. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if using diabetes treatments concomitantly. Not suitable for people treated with coumarin anticoagulants. Not recommended in case of autoimmune diseases. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consumption should be limited to a few weeks/months. Not recommended for people on antidepressant treatment. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the normal functioning of the brain. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.

ARE OUR PRODUCTS COMPATIBLE WITH MEDICAL TREATMENT ?

COMPATIBILITY CASES

It can be taken in combination with a medical treatment for hypothyroidism.

CONTRAINDICATION CASES

It is contraindicated if you are taking vitamin K antagonist anticoagulants (coumarins).

CAN I TAKE YOUR PACKS IF I AM PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

PREGNANT WOMEN

During pregnancy, only one pack is permitted:
CONCEPTION® Pack: it can be taken during pregnancy, but must be stopped before the 7th month.
This precaution is related to the presence of omega-3s, which contribute to blood thinning, an important factor to consider in view of delivery.
All other packs are contraindicated during pregnancy.

BREASTFEEDING WOMEN

During breastfeeding, only one pack is indicated:
BREASTFEEDING® Pack: it has been specifically formulated for this delicate period.
As the newborn's microbiota is still very fragile, it is essential to strictly adhere to the recommended daily intake.
All other packs are contraindicated during breastfeeding.

CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

As a general rule, our packs are not recommended for children under 12 years old.
Use also depends on the contraindications specific to each pack, which must be read carefully.
As a safety measure, we recommend using our packs from age 18.
