LACTOP® Capsule:

• Ingredients: moringa (Moringa oleifera Lam. )(500 mg), Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.)(500 mg), Capsule: pullulan.
• Origin: Lactop is formulated from probiotic strains, fenugreek, and moringa. Fenugreek is a plant traditionally used to stimulate lactation, while moringa is rich in nutrients and antioxidants.

OMEGA 3® Capsule:

• Ingredients: Fish oil (EPAX quality oil) 1000 mg including omega-3 EPA + DHA 700 mg (EPA min. 400mg and DHA min. 300mg), capsule: fish gelatin, glycerol (texturing agent), white beeswax (coating agent), water, lecithin (texturing agent).
• Origin: Omega-3s are extracted from marine sources such as fish and algae oils, rich in EPA and DHA fatty acids, essential for health.

MG MALATE® Capsule:

• Ingredients: Magnesium malate (1000 mg including 150 mg of elemental magnesium, NRV*= 40%), capsule: bovine gelatin, organic acacia gum (thickener).
• Origin: Magnesium malate is obtained from magnesium and malic acid, naturally present in fruits like apples. It is known for its good bioavailability.

• Origin: The vitamins and minerals come from natural sources, including fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Zinc and selenium are extracted from mineral sources and nutrient-rich foods like whole grains and dairy products.

Contraindication & Precautions for use:

Dietary supplements do not substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not administer to children under 18 years of age. Inform your doctor or pharmacist in case of simultaneous medication intake. Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of diabetes treatment. Store in a dry place at room temperature. The daily consumption of 200 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother in addition to the recommended daily intake contributes to the normal development of the brain of the breastfed child. Vitamin D is necessary for normal growth and bone development in children. Zinc plays a role in the cell division process. Do not use in case of pregnancy. Consumption should be limited to a few weeks/months. Not suitable for people treated with coumarin anticoagulants.

CAN I TAKE YOUR PACKS IF I AM PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

PREGNANT WOMEN

During pregnancy, only one pack is allowed:
Conception Pack: it can be taken during pregnancy but must be stopped before the 7th month.
This precaution is related to the presence of omega-3, which affect blood fluidity—an important consideration for delivery.
All other packs are contraindicated during pregnancy.

BREASTFEEDING WOMEN

During breastfeeding, only one pack is indicated:
Breastfeeding Pack: it has been specifically formulated for this delicate period.
Because a newborn's microbiology is still very fragile, it is essential to strictly follow the recommended daily intakes.
All other packs are contraindicated during breastfeeding.

CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

As a general rule, our packs are not recommended for children under 12 years old.
Use also depends on the contraindications specific to each pack, which should be read carefully.
As a safety measure, we recommend using our packs from age 18.
