The deadlines are understood to be in business days, subject to technical issues, raw material shortages, or limited stock availability, which may be reported before or after purchase.

At Suplemint, we take the respect of European approvals and certifications very seriously. In order to guarantee the maximum effectiveness of our formulas, some of our products may be modified or reformulated. This means they sometimes need to be revalidated by the competent health authorities.

During these validation periods, the concerned product may temporarily no longer be available for purchase on our site.

Withdrawal Period: The customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification or pay a penalty. If the order includes several products delivered separately, this period begins upon receipt of the last product.

Withdrawal Terms: The customer can use the withdrawal form or any clear statement, to be sent by mail or email to Suplemint. Products must be returned within 14 days, complete and in their original packaging. Damaged or consumed products will not be accepted. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: Suplemint will refund the full amount paid. The refund will be made using the same payment method used, without additional fees, but may be delayed until the returned products are received.
