1. Une bonne nuit de sommeil commence par un endroit sain pour dormir. Choisissez un matelas et un oreiller qui vous correspondent. Choisissez également des couvertures légères et veillez à aérer la chambre qui ne doit pas être trop chauffée : idéalement environ 18 degrés.
2. Essayez de ritualiser vos soirées : mangez et allez dormir à des heures régulières. Ne négligez pas les signaux que votre corps vous envoie : bâillements, yeux qui se ferment, frilosité qui sont les signes que vous êtes prêt à aller dormir.
3. En journée, exposez-vous à la lumière du jour. Le soir bannissez les écrans bleus (gsm, tablette, télévision, jeux virtuels etc) au minimum 1 heure avant d’aller dormir. L’exposition à la lumière bleue en fin de journée et à la lumière pendant la nuit inhibe la sécrétion de l’hormone du sommeil.
4. En fin de soirée, ralentissez les activités intellectuelles et physiques. Cela permettra à la température corporelle et à la vigilance de diminuer peu à peu afin de se préparer au sommeil. Optez plutôt pour une activité relaxante : yoga, marche lente, lecture, musique douce. Le soir est le moment où nous avons besoin de calme et de détente.
5. Trouvez un outil de gestion du stress qui vous convient : la cohérence cardiaque, la méditation, le yoga, le tai chi, le qi gong, les massages, les huiles essentielles relaxantes en diffusion etc.
6. Enfin, l’activité physique journalière est également un outil anti-stress par excellence car bouger nous aide à garder une bonne santé et à garder notre équilibre physique et émotionnel. Cependant, évitez dans la mesure du possible de pratiquer le sport en fin de soirée car cela augmente la température corporelle et réveille le corps.
Contre-indication.
Les compléments alimentaires ne se substituent pas à une alimentation variée et équilibrée ni à un mode de vie sain. Tenir hors de portée des enfants. Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée. A conserver au sec à température ambiante. Ne pas utiliser en cas de grossesse. L'usage doit notamment être ponctuel, et un professionnel de santé doit être consulté en cas de prise concomitante de tout type de médicament et/ou de maladie chronique.
