• ORIGIN(S) : The KSM-66® ashwagandha extract is obtained from the roots of Withania somnifera L. using a patented, plant-friendly extraction process that ensures a high withanolide content. The capsule is made of pullulan, derived from starch fermentation.
• BENEFIT(S) AND CLAIM(S) : Ashwagandha contributes to good mental health and relaxation. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen. Ashwagandha is an antioxidant. Ashwagandha contributes to good cardiovascular health.

Pack MG MALATE® :

• INGREDIENT(S) : Magnesium malate (1500 mg of which 225 mg elemental magnesium, NRV* = 60%), capsule: bovine gelatin, organic acacia gum (thickener).
• ORIGIN(S) :  Magnesium malate is obtained by combining magnesium and malic acid, which occurs naturally in apples and other fruits. The capsule is made of bovine gelatin, with acacia gum derived from the exudate of acacia trees.

CAN I TAKE YOUR PACKS IF I AM PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

PREGNANT WOMEN

During pregnancy, only one pack is permitted:
Conception Pack: it can be taken during pregnancy, but must be stopped before the 7th month.
This precaution is related to the presence of omega-3s, which can thin the blood, an important factor to consider for delivery.
All other packs are contraindicated during pregnancy.

BREASTFEEDING WOMEN

During breastfeeding, only one pack is indicated:
Breastfeeding Pack: it has been specifically formulated for this delicate period.
Because the newborn's microbiota is still very fragile, it is essential to strictly adhere to the recommended daily intakes.
All other packs are contraindicated during breastfeeding.

CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

As a general rule, our packs are not recommended for children under 12 years old.
Use also depends on the contraindications specific to each pack, which must be read carefully.
As a safety measure, we recommend using our packs from the age of 18.
