How long should I take my Pack before noticing results?
This depends on your starting situation, your needs and your consistency. In general:
From 1 to 2 weeks
Some effects may already be noticeable, notably on:
- energy
- sleep
- digestive / intestinal comfort
- certain functions related to the thyroid
After 1 month
One month allows you to try the product and observe the first benefits.
However, this period is often a little short to give the body time to act deeply.
The body needs time to:
- correct any deficiencies
- rebalance the hormonal systems
- stabilise the effects over time
Regularity is far more important than a one-off use.
From 3 months (minimum recommendation)
For a more complete and effective action, our experts recommend a Pack of at least 3 months.
6 months or more for lasting results
For an optimal and lasting result, particularly for the thyroid and hormonal balance, a period of 6 months or more is often advised.
In general
We recommend continuing the Pack as long as it suits you and you feel the need.
Are our products compatible with medical treatment?
The answer is: yes and no.
It depends entirely on the type of medical treatment you are following and the SUPLEMINT® Pack you wish to take.
Compatibility cases
Example: THYROID® Pack
It can be taken in conjunction with medical treatment for hypothyroidism. Many customers have used it successfully for more than 3 years, alongside their treatment.
This concomitant use has been validated and justified by our in-house doctors.
Contraindication cases
Example: WEIGHT® Pack
It is contraindicated if you are taking vitamin K antagonist anticoagulants (coumarin anticoagulants).
Because of the effect of omega-3 on blood fluidity, the combination is not recommended.

May I take your packs if I am pregnant, breastfeeding, or for my children?
Pregnant women
During pregnancy, only one Pack is permitted :
- CONCEPTION® Pack : it may be taken during pregnancy, but must be stopped before the 7th month. This precaution is due to the presence of omega-3 fatty acids, which help to thin the blood, an important factor to consider for childbirth.
- All other Packs are contraindicated during pregnancy.
Breastfeeding women
During breastfeeding, only one Pack is recommended :
- BREASTFEEDING® Pack : it has been specifically formulated for this delicate period. As the newborn's microbial flora is still very fragile, it is essential to strictly follow the recommended daily intakes.
- All other Packs are contraindicated during breastfeeding.
Children and adolescents
- As a general rule, our Packs are not recommended for children under 12 years of age
- Use also depends on the contraindications specific to each Pack, which must be read carefully
- For safety reasons, we recommend the use of our Packs from 18 years of age

Our recommendations are based on the precautionary principle and on the physiological specificities of each life stage.
When should I take my supplements?
This depends on the pack chosen and the type of supplements:
- Energizing supplements (energy, thyroid, metabolism…) are generally taken in the morning.
- Supplements related to sleep or relaxation are usually taken in the evening.
- Certain capsules should be taken during or at the end of a meal for better digestive tolerance.

You can also find the instructions:

- on each sachet,
- and on the explanatory card included in each pack (also accessible via the activation QR code).
The recommended dosages and timing are indicated to optimize the pack’s effectiveness, but every person is different.
If necessary, you can slightly adapt your doses to your daily routine.
A few simple tips:
- avoid energizing supplements in the evening (not compatible with sleep),
- avoid relaxing or sleep supplements in the morning,
- probiotics and plant complexes are often better tolerated in the evening.

General
What if I forget to take a dose?
Don’t panic, it happens to everyone.
Never double the dose at the next scheduled time.
Simply skip the missed dose and resume your Pack at the usual time.
In micronutrition, the key principle is not daily perfection, but adherence and endurance over time. Supplements act progressively, by accumulation and regulation, not like a fast-acting medicine.
Why is regularity more important than perfection?
Many supplements require several weeks to fully express their effects, for example:
- vitamins and minerals (rebuilding stores),
- omega‑3s (integration into cell membranes),
- adaptogens (balancing stress and energy),
- probiotics (modulating the microbiota),
- active ingredients affecting the thyroid, metabolism, or low‑grade inflammation.
Forgetting a dose from time to time, or even once or twice a week, has no significant impact on the overall effectiveness of the Pack.
However, if more than 30–35% of doses are missed, the effect will logically be less optimal, because the required regularity is no longer achieved.
In summary:
- an occasional missed dose = no problem,
- an imperfect but regular intake = results,
- a Pack taken over the long term = lasting benefits.
No stress: do your best — your body works over time.
Can I take other supplements in addition to Suplemint?
In theory, yes, but it is generally not necessary.
Our Packs are already:
- high-strength,
- balanced,
- formulated to cover the needs in vitamins, minerals and targeted active ingredients without unnecessary excess.
If you take other supplements at the same time, it is important to:
- check ingredient lists to avoid duplication,
- not exceed the recommended daily doses,
- seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist if in doubt.
Supplements to watch for when combined (risk of overdose)
Here are the main nutrients that require caution:
Vitamins
- Vitamin A (retinol): 800 µg per day
- Vitamin D: 3,000 IU per day (75 µg)
- Vitamin E: 300 mg per day
- Vitamin B6: 25 mg per day
- Vitamin B9 (folic acid): 1,000 µg per day
Minerals & trace elements
- Iron: 14–20 mg per day (unless a diagnosed deficiency)
- Zinc: 25 mg per day
- Selenium: 200 µg per day
- Iodine: 150–200 µg per day
- Copper: 5 mg per day
- Magnesium (supplementation): 250–350 mg per day
Other active ingredients to watch
- Omega-3 (EPA + DHA): avoid > 3 g per day without medical advice
- Adaptogenic herbs (ashwagandha, rhodiola, ginseng…): be cautious about prolonged combined use
- Concentrated antioxidants (curcumin, resveratrol, quercetin): use caution when combined

Are the products available everywhere?
We strictly comply with the European and local regulations applicable in each country.
This means that:
- some formulations may be temporarily withdrawn while undergoing an update, reformulation, or regulatory reapproval by the competent authorities;
- if a product is not authorized for sale in your country, it simply will not be available at checkout (no delivery option will be offered).
For each SUPLEMINT® Pack, we hold legal market authorization numbers specific to each country of sale, in accordance with the requirements of the local health authorities.
If a product no longer appears or is no longer deliverable in your country, it may therefore be undergoing validation, a regulatory update, or reformulation to ensure full compliance.

Allergies and types of diet
Are your products free of gluten and lactose?
None of our products contain added gluten or added lactose, except for the SKIN® Pack, whose SKIN ACTIV capsule may contain them.
However, our supplements are manufactured in facilities that process multiple products and that also handle ingredients which may contain:
- wheat
- soy
- lactose
- corn
- egg
- fish
- shellfish
- tree nuts
- peanuts
- gluten
Therefore cross-contamination can never be ruled out 100%.
If you have a severe allergy or a known hypersensitivity, we recommend that you:
- consult your doctor before taking any,
- carefully check the ingredient list of each Pack.
Fish allergen & marine derivatives
Some packs contain ingredients from fish or marine derivatives (Omega-3, krill, etc.):

No other pack contains marine ingredients.
If you are allergic to fish or crustaceans, medical advice is essential before any use.
Are your products vegetarian or entirely free of animal products?
Depending on the formulations:
- some packs are vegetarian,
- others contain omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil (certified sustainable fisheries),
- currently, our packs are not 100% vegan.
The "vegetarian / non-vegetarian" information is always specified in the product description.
Quality, manufacturing & ingredients
Where and how are your products made?
Our nutritional supplements are:
- developed in a specialized environment in micronutrition and functional medicine,
- produced in collaboration with laboratories located in Luxembourg, Belgium and France,
- manufactured at certified sites (including GMP), each expert in a type of dosage form (capsules, tablets, beads, etc.).
The raw materials are:
- selected for their quality, purity and traceability,
- tested toxicologically and microbiologically in independent laboratories (e.g. Primoris, Phytocontrol).
Packaging assembly is carried out in Belgium, with particular attention to the environment and to waste reduction.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes.
We pay particular attention to the environmental impact of our packaging.
- Our pouches are biodegradable and industrially compostable, thanks to a thin layer of plant-based PLA.
- Our boxes are made of 100% biodegradable cardboard.
- The leaflets are printed on recyclable paper.
- The shipping cartons are made of recyclable cardboard.
- The adhesive tape used is also made of recyclable paper/cardboard.
All of our packaging is therefore recyclable, and part of it is biodegradable or industrially compostable.
We continue to improve our choice of materials to minimise our environmental impact as much as possible, without compromising the quality and safety of our products.
How do you choose your ingredients?
Two fundamental criteria guide all our choices:

We deliver throughout Europe and internationally via reliable carriers, with order tracking.
Estimated delivery times
- Benelux : 2 to 3 working days – via GLS
- France : 2 to 5 working days – via GLS
- Switzerland (DAP) : 3 to 6 working days – via Bpost (no customs duties to pay)
- Other European countries : 3 to 6 working days – via Bpost
- United States : 4 to 6 working days – via Bpost

If you are absent at the time of delivery
If the carrier attempts delivery and you are absent:
- your parcel will automatically be left at the nearest collection point

How can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order:
- you will receive a confirmation email,
- then status update emails at each stage:
- package prepared,
- package dispatched,
- package out for delivery,
- package delivered.
Each email contains a tracking link or a tracking code that lets you follow your package directly on the carrier's website.
About delivery tracking
You may sometimes see:
- Shopify tracking (internal order status),
- and carrier tracking (logistics status).
These two tracking systems may not update at exactly the same time or always display the same information.
If there is a discrepancy or no update, we recommend waiting up to 24 hours for the data to synchronize.
If after this time the tracking remains stuck, our team is, of course, available to help.
My order is delayed
Carriers may sometimes experience delays beyond our control (periods of high activity, weather conditions, logistical incidents, etc.).
Here are the steps to follow:
- Check the tracking via the link received by email.
- If we become aware of an anticipated delay (holiday periods, internal carrier information…), we inform our customers in advance by email.
Also remember to check your spam / junk folders, as some notifications may end up there.

Where can I find my order history?
To access the history of your orders, simply sign in to your Suplemint® customer account.
How do I do this?
- Sign in to your account using the email address you used when you made your purchase.
- You will receive a one-time sign-in code by email (no password to remember).
- Once signed in, go to the "Order history" tab.
You will then be able to view:
- the full list of your orders,
- the details of each order,
- the status of any subscriptions you may have.
If you cannot find the sign-in email, please check your spam folder.

Where can I get the bill for my order?
If you need an invoice (for example for business accounting), simply send us:

- your billing details

We will send the invoice to you by e-mail.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the parcel has not been dispatched.
- Orders placed before 11:00 are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 are dispatched the following day.
If you wish to cancel:

Once the parcel has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.
Can I modify my order?
The order can be modified as long as the parcel has not been shipped.

We will do our utmost to adapt your order before dispatch.
I received the wrong item or a damaged one.
We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Despite all our precautions (manufactured and prepared with a degree of craft and human involvement), an error can sometimes occur.

We will find a solution with you (replacement, reshipment, etc.).
Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Yes, but only before the parcel is sent.
If you realise there is an address error, contact us as soon as possible at info@suplemint.com or directly by phone at +32 2 884 56 99.
Once the parcel has been sent, we can no longer change the address, but we can check whether a solution is possible with the delivery company.
Can I exchange my order for another Pack?
Yes, an exchange is possible under the following conditions :
- you return the parcel to us within 14 days,
- the products are unopened and in their original packaging,
- return costs are at your expense.
