How to take my cure.
To have a dream body. Our treatment consists of 6 pills to take daily:
- 2x capsules "STARVING OMEGA 3" to take fasting in the morning.
- 1x capsule "ACTIVE BARBERINE" to take on an empty stomach in the morning.

Why so much? Because each capsule consists of only one or a few active agents to guarantee an ultra-effective dosage of our products.

SPORT ET PERTE DE POIDS :
J’explique à mes patients en surpoids que s’ils envisagent de faire du sport afin de perdre du poids, il y a certaines choses à savoir :
- En particulier, que pendant les 1ères minutes d’un effort intense avec rythme cardiaque élevé et transpiration, on utilise essentiellement le glucose sanguin comme source d’énergie : perte de poids 0 g.
- Ensuite de quelques minutes à 50 minutes, le glycogène (sucre polymérisé) en réserve dans les muscles et dans le foie comme source d’énergie : perte de poids quelques grammes.
- Ce n’est qu’après environ 50 minutes qu’on entame le capital graisse ; il faut donc des efforts d’au moins 1h15-1h30 continu sans s’arrêter avec un rythme cardiaque élevé afin de commencer à brûler les graisses accumulées :
Seuls les sportifs de bon niveau peuvent utiliser leur graisse plus rapidement. Désespérant !!
La seule façon d’utiliser les graisses plus rapidement dans l’effort :
- Avoir une activité physique de min 5 fois/sem 30-45 min de type marche rapide, ce qui permet d’attaquer les graisses, déjà après une vingtaine de minutes au lieu des 50 min habituelles. L’interval-training est également supérieur à toute autre méthode.
- Affamer le corps en hydrates de carbone (pain, pâtes, riz, pommes de terre…sucres "rapides" : sodas, sucreries, alcool, etc)
- Prendre de la L-carnitine à fortes doses minimum 3 x 1 g/jour ou acétyl carnitine min 1.800 mg comme brûleur de graisse associés à Co Q10 et on attaque la graisse comme un athlète hyper entraîné après 15 ou 20 minutes.
Si on fait un régime draconien avec perte de 15 kilos, on perd 5 kilos d’eau, 5 kilos de gras et 5 kilos de muscles
On reprendra au minimum les 15 kilos avec 10 kilos de gras et 5 kilos d’eau, on va donc se ramollir : perte musculaire qui entraine une diminution du métabolisme de base, donc impossibilité croissante de carboniser l’excès de calories ingérées : les muscles sont les "radiateurs du corps".
Il devient impossible de maigrir : les régimes en général et les régimes hypocaloriques sont TOUS, c’est-à-dire a 100% voués à l’échec…
