How to take my cure.
Everything you need to know for a healthy mother and/or effective breastfeeding.
For rich breast milk and a mother in great shape, our treatment consists of 6 pills to take daily:
• 2x capsules "MG MALATE"to be taken in the morning, during breakfast.
• 2x capsules "LACTOP"to be taken in the morning, during breakfast.
• 1x capsule "OMEGA 3"to be taken in the morning, during breakfast.
• 1x capsule "MULTI LIVESTOCK"to be taken in the morning, during breakfast.
Why so much? Because each capsule consists of only one or a few active agents to guarantee an ultra-effective dosage of our products.

Learn to just do nothing...
1. After giving birth, it may feel like it will be years before you can play sports again. But physical exercise is important for your well-being as a breastfeeding mother. Don't worry too much about fitness goals and instead focus on finding doable and sustainable exercises that you enjoy and that make you feel good.
2. Rest whenever you can. With a baby at home, your daily chores can be overwhelming, and it's worse when you're exhausted. In addition, breastfeeding requires a lot of energy from your body. Try to take a nap and rest whenever possible (for example, when the baby is sleeping).
3. Reconnect with your body by treating yourself to a daily massage. Use an organic firming body oil or a body oil that makes you feel good (eg a certain smell that you like).
4. Take time for yourself. Ask your partner, family member, or friend to stay with the baby for a little while and go for a walk, get a manicure, have lunch with a friend, or just rest.
Contraindication.
Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not administer to children under 18 years of age. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking medication at the same time. Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of treatment against diabetes. Store in a dry place at room temperature. The daily consumption of 200 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother in addition to the recommended daily consumption contributes to the normal development of the brain of the breastfed child. Consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the normal development of eyesight in infants up to 12 months. Vitamin D is necessary for normal growth and bone development in children. Zinc plays a role in the process of cell division. Do not use if pregnant. Consumption should be limited to a few weeks/months. Not suitable for people treated with coumarin anticoagulants.

Why take vitamins while breastfeeding or just after giving birth?
