Is Suplemint a Belgian company?
Yes! We are a Belgian company, based in Lasne, but not only! The production of our supplements is carried out in one of our R&D laboratories based in Luxembourg, specialized in micronutrition and functional medicine, according to strict European standards. Our products are assembled in Belgium in partnership with an institute for people with reduced mobility.

How do I prepare my pill box?
You just have to fill it with the number of supplements per day, noted on the sachet of each of the supplements included in your cure.
Where should I store my weekly pill organizer?
Where you want ! Because of its compact and modern design, the S-box fits everywhere. In a drawer in your kitchen, your medicine cabinet or even your purse, it's up to you. Just remember to put it in a visible place on a daily basis, but also in a dry place. Indeed, of entirely natural design, the pillbox and your supplements do not appreciate humidity.

How long should I take my cure before feeling results?
Although some beneficial effects are felt from the first week, our experts have determined that it takes at least 3 months of treatment to reach 100% effectiveness.
For optimal results, we recommend cures of 6 months or more to allow your body to fully absorb all the vitamins and minerals present in our cures.
Are our products compatible with medical treatment?
If you are taking other medications or undergoing medical treatment, we always recommend that you consult your doctor before starting a course of dietary supplements. You will find the complete composition as well as all the useful information for each cure on our website and on the back of the packaging.
Can I take your cures if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
We have two cures specially designed to take care of you and your little one! If you are pregnant, we advise you to take only The Stork cure. The Stork cure can be taken from before birth, to increase fertility, but also up to and including the 7th month of pregnancy, since it includes all the necessary nutrients that your body and that of your baby need during the pregnancy period. . From the 8th month we advise against taking supplements except in agreement with your gynecologist.
If you are breastfeeding, we advise you to take only the Mama cure which will enrich and stimulate the production of breast milk while providing the vitamins necessary for your good recovery and reducing the risk of baby blues.
When should I take my supplements?
It all depends on the type of cure you are following. For example, the supplements in our Sleep Mode treatment should be taken before bedtime, while those in the Energy treatment should be taken in the morning. How to “activate my cure” and what is it?

What if I forget to take a dose?
Don't worry, it's okay to forget to take a dose. Simply skip the missed dose and take it the next day at the appropriate time based on your specific treatment. specific. simply shift your calendar, and continue your cure normally (especially do not combine several doses)
Can I take other supplements in addition to Suplemint?
You can but it is generally not necessary, our cures are already highly dosed.
If you want to combine this with other supplements there is usually no problem but we advise you to always discuss this with your doctor. We advise you to always consult the compositions in order to avoid accumulations of identical molecules in general, if your body does not need them, it will simply eliminate the surplus through the urine. However for certain molecules such as Selenium, vitamin A and vitamin D we advise you not to exceed the following daily intakes:
Vitamine A: 800 ug / jour
Vitamin D: 3000 iu/day
Selenium: 200 ug / jour

All of our products are lactose and gluten free but all supplements are packaged in a facility that processes products that may contain wheat, soy, lactose, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and gluten. Cross contamination can still occur.
Are your products vegan or vegetarian?
Our The Shield, Sleep Mode and Zenitude cures are vegetarian. Our Rabbit, The Stork, Mama and Energy cures contain omega 3 based on Epax fish oil. An oil from sustainable and eco-responsible fishing certified Friends Of the Sea. Our cures are not vegan.

Is it possible to take several cures at the same time?
Yes, you can combine several cures! Some combinations like Immunity and Sleep, Energy and Immunity, Energy and Man+, are even recommended by our experts. However, be careful if you are pregnant, in this case we recommend that you only take the Conception cure.

Where and how are your products made?
Our food supplements are produced in our R&D laboratory in Luxembourg, specialized in micronutrition and functional medicine. Our experts carefully research and select the highest quality raw materials on the market, favoring those from sustainable agriculture and fair trade. All raw materials are subject to toxicological and microbiological analyzes (via the PRIMORIS and PHYTOCONTROL laboratories). 50% of the encapsulation of our capsules is carried out within our own laboratory for the rest we subcontract to Belgian, French and Luxembourg manufacturers known in Europe, to certify GMP, each for its specialty (capsules, tablets, "pearls ", etc.). Our packaging is assembled in Belgium in an institute for people with reduced mobility and is 100% biodegradable.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, all our packaging products are recyclable, biodegradable and industrially compostable. Our S-Box is entirely made from biobased and biodegradable materials. You will also find a small mint seed on the back in the center that you can plant at home!

In which countries do you deliver?
We currently ship to Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. We will be launching more countries very soon.
How to check the status of my order?
Once you have placed an order and your payment method has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will be informed by e-mail of all the stages of the sending of your parcel, when the parcel is sent, when it is on the way and when it has arrived.
My order is late
You will receive email updates on the status of your orders for each stage of shipment your package has tracked. Occasionally carriers may encounter issues during delivery which may cause delays. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, it is always possible to cancel your order as long as the package has not been shipped. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to do so. You can only change the delivery address before the package is dispatched for delivery.
